This is kinda like the Demon Wall fight, really. Except Odin can actually deal some good damage against your party members.

You have to kill Odin as fast as you can. If you don't, he will kill your party at once with a 5000-6000 HP worth of damage. If you survive, consider yourself overleveled. 

Edge should throw or attack, that's up to you. Rosa should attack as well, use her Holy if you have it. Rydia should use Thundaga or Blizzaga if you don't have Thundaga yet. Cecil should obviously attack.

If you're having trouble surviving against Odin, you may want to wait untill you have FuSoYa in your party. It's not impossible to do it without him, but it'll be easier then.
