Stomp on the roll, then turn it a quarter turn, stomp again, until all sides of the roll are well trodden. Open out the roll and insert a pool noodle, then roll it up from a second side. Repeat the stomping, the rotating and the rerolling so all sides have been done. Check the panel to see if it's done yet!
