I made some tortas de pollo with some fresh made bolillos i got at my local grocery store. These made a quick, delicious, satifying meal for my family. The bolillos (french baguette style bread) are so versatile and you can use to make all kinds of delish tortas (sandwiches) for any occasion. I use this same bread to make a popular traditional bread casserole called capirutada. This bread is savory and soft inside.
