Whitney gives advice on how to be eco-friendly when you eat in and take out from restaurants. 

She begins with a reminder to buy local, organic,  non-gmo, unprocessed, sustainably harvested and then gives 12 tips, mainly focusing on bringing your own and using less.

1. Straw - Glass Dharma, Strawsome, stainless steel
2. Water - drink less, bring your own, Klean Kanteen
3. Napkin - ask for less, bring your own cloth
4. Paper Towels - People Towels, pants, air dryer
5. Utensils - bamboo, To Go Ware
6. Hot drink containers for coffee and tea
7. Food Container - leftovers/take out, LunchBots
8. Only order as much food as you can eat to prevent waste
9. Support Green Businesses (Green Restaurant Association) with things like Recycling and Compost bins
10. Take public transportation (walk, bike, bus, subway, dine locally)
11. Give verbal and social media suggestions & thank you's to eco-conscious businesses
12. Encourage your friends by setting an example when you do the above
