You’ve probably never heard of Crystal Springs, Mississippi, and that’s just fine by the roughly 5,000 residents who live there.

Mississippi isn’t so bad. It has a lot of beautiful things to offer, including this Victorian home in Crystal Springs, which is located outside of the capitol city Jackson. Built in 1866, it’s listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

The exterior looks like something out of a storybook. The gorgeous molding on the original staircase is called hand carved newel post. The living room has a built-in bookcase and a crystal chandelier hanging from the high ceilings. Bay windows add a nice sitting area to the master bedroom.

Don’t let the low price deceive you—this place is move-in ready (the kitchen needs a little work, though).
