Circular Xmas Crackers  tutorial using the gift bag punch board from Stampin' Up! I also used Bountiful Borders Stamp Set to create my own designer paper and give to this cracker a peculiar  festive accent. I hope you like this idea and you can make your own  crackers to decorate your Xmas table.
