Here we are on the top of Bear Mountain, where from our lofty perch we see CSX Train Q434, a northbound mixed freight from Oak Island Yard in Newark to Selkirk Yard in the Albany region, as it splits Iona Island.  I cannot tell you much about the consist, since I wasn't car counting, but I can tell you that the lead engine was SD40-2 8882, with a nice sounding K5LA.
