Last episode we talked about improving your videos by focusing more of your investment in lighting and audio gear. And since the iPhone 5S released, this looks like another good option if you already have or plan to get one. Apple has done a pretty thoughtful job of upgrading the camera in this phone: Resisting the temptation to just add more pixels and instead, making the sensor and pixels larger to work better in low light. They've also re-designed the optics. Overall, I'm pretty impressed and have to say that this camera is good enough to produce pro-quality results for your instructional, talking head, and interview style videos.

All clips in this episode were shot with the iPhone 5S except for the clip where I show the iPhone on my tripod.
