Portland, Oregon was the third stop in the 2008 Action Sports Dew Tour. History was made when Mike Spinner successfully landed the first ever 1080 spin and quadruple tail-whip in competition. Surprisingly enough, Mike Spinner landed both of these tricks in a single run which landed him second place in the overall park competition.
