Bluewater Panglao Beach Resort Overview Bohol.  Bluewater Resorts are a wholly Filipino-owned group of resorts in the Philippines in Mactan, Sumilon and Bohol.  Bluewater Panglao is a 5 star luxury resort in Panglao Island with 2 Pools, restaurant and villa style accomodations.  

There are a total of 54 elegantly appointed guestrooms and villas. At the Pool Wing, all the ground-level rooms have a private veranda with direct access to the pool. The Villas offer premier rooms with a private outdoor dipping pool.
