What does rescuing a kitten have to do with creating a culture of innovation? Simply, curiosity. In order to drive innovation through creating an inclusive and empowering culture, curiosity must be the guiding force for change and innovation. Carolyn shares three key principles of creating a culture of innovation through curiosity. --
