Tetramorium caespitum ants are very territorial and fight between each others to maintain their territories. I recorded this macro video on August 27th, 2018 in Montreal. They were battling near an asphalt road cars and people were passing around them all the time oblivious of their struggles, when we look at them on the scale portrayed in this video, we witness a new world with its own conflicts completely independent from us. Filmed with a Canon 550D / Rebel T2i and a Neewer 48 Macro LED Ring Flash. Pascal Guay / PascalNet.Net
