Recipe: Chicken: 1 whole chicken 4-6 cloves of garlic Butter Black, green, white pepper Thyme Salt Rice: One ½ cup of rice per person. 1.5 times of the amount of rice in water. Onion gravy: 2 whole onions. Butter & oil for frying. Butter for bechamel. Plain white flour for bechamel. Creme & milk for bechamel. 1 - 2 tablespoons sugar.
