It appears that Every Time I Die guitarist Jordan Buckley is facing a lawsuit but did'nt know about it until the PRP broke the story ... it is alleged that Buckley may have hurt an audience member. ABC affiliate WXYZ Detroit reported  here: http://www.wxyz.com/news/musician-sued-for-jumping-on-womans-head-at-concert-in-metro-detroit     that a woman at one of the live shows suffered a concussion and hurt her neck after Buckley allegedly jumped into the audience ...the show is supposedly from the Crofoot Ballroom in Pontiac, MI, held August 13th, 2017 

It appears the plantiff's attorney may have leaked the news to local press before Buckley had been served ..
