Wonder Woman EX Lasso damage glitch

As you can see here, same combo performed twice back to back, the damage is different each time. I do not know what produces these results but the video speaks for itself, first one does 39% and second does 41% while nothing changes. I have tested this multiple times to see if maybe height during the combo was the factor, but it does not seem to be the case. The Issue is with the whip as it comes from the damage at the end of EX whip when the foe falls to the ground. Combo performed is b113, b1, b113, 23, ex whip.
