1. Press Menu from your main screen 2. Choose Applications 3. Select Mail 4. Choose Settings, then your email account 5. Select Syncrhonisation. 6. Choose Retrieval days, then uncheck all 7. Select Retrieval schedule, then choose your preferred retrieval settings
