Balanced Tactician build with enough skill power to max out all skills and really good damage to complement all kinds of teams. I mix Final Measure for Incursions or Dark Zone and Vigorous/Savage when there's a high skill power Reclaimer or a second Tactician in the team than can run Pulse or Smart Cover so I can run Booster Shot.
