In the second video on Angle-German Relations and Part 6 of my Commander: The Great War let's play I look at the period between 1890 and 1914 and the steady erosion of power that Kaiser Wilhelm suffered to the military as a result of his constant political blunders, such as Morocco, the Daily Telegraph Affair and more. These actions by the Kaiser also eroded trust between the British and German Empires and lead them into direct conflict when just a few years prior they had been on friendly terms.
