Egypt ranked as safest in Africa, South Sudan the least safe

Egypt has been ranked the safest country in Africa - coming higher than both the UK and US - according to a new poll. The Gallup Global Law and Order report placed the North African country at 16 out of 135 countries on its annual list, which measures people's sense of personal security and their personal experiences with crime and law enforcement.
