Wall Street rebounded Tuesday, regaining some of the ground lost Monday when major U.S. indexes plunged more than seven percent on disappointing economic news. Investors remain cautious this week as the prospects of a worldwide recession looms large, but expectations about a possible bailout of the U.S. auto industry is helping to ease some concerns.
