Very nice 1960s Pickerings lift in croydon. This building had a reception so I couldn't just walk in and film the lift. Normally I don't bother asking to film the lift nowdays as they always say no. But this time when I asked they sayed yes!!!!!!!!!! The person at reception said that the lift was modern and not at all old. When she phoned up to ask her boss whether I could film the lift, the boss said it had been there as long as he had so its over 20 years old. It turned out to be a 1960s pickerings - 50 YEARS OLD!!!!!!!!! This just shows how pickerings carpeted wall design still looks good today. And there lifts were so well built that nobody thought it was old at all. Motor - original Buttons - original Logic - original Interior - original http://beno.org.uk
