Marianne Pagotto and Dieter Gass from New South WalesAfter seeing Discover Germany while on holiday in Croatia recently,Marianne Pagotto got in touch with our team and made plans to meet the camera crew in Offenbach. However,she kept it a secret from her brother and travelling companion Dieter. You see,Marianne's family left Offenbach and emigrated to Australia in 1957,and Dieter,who was just 13 at the time,had not been back to Germany since then. The surprise was a great success -- and Discover Germany was there to capture the happy occasion for posterity.
