Aikido soft high fall (break fall) demonstration to dubstep music. The video is a promo to our Aikido soft high fall tutorial: https://goo.gl/aPU7uo . Soft high falls are very efficient and can be applied from nearly any situation and at the same time have very low traumatic impact on the body since the energy is separated through the whole shoulder line. Thus they can be done by any age or built aikidoka.
All of the moves are done in a free (randori) manner.
