6 small to medium size Chinese eggplants 1/2 lb. okra 4 cloves of garlic 2 stocks of lemon grass 6 kaffir lime leaves 1/2 lb. pork belly or (chicken, shrimp or catfish) 3 Tbsp. granulated chicken bouillon ***In the video I used 1 whole Tbsp. of tamarind powder which was too sour for my preference so you might want to add less, 1/2 Tbsp. would have been perfect for me)*** 1/2 Tbsp. (add more or less, it's up to you) tamarind powder seasoning 1/4 tsp. black pepper 1 can Thai red curry 1 can coconut cream 1 can quail eggs
