Mac Miller passed away from a fatal combination of fentanyl, coke and alcohol and investigators believe he was doing lines off his iPad tablet. The findings from Miller’s toxicology tests have been revealed, and the L.A. County Coroner listed the hip-hop star’s tragedy as “mixed dr** toxicity,” listing fentanyl, coke and ethanol.
