Chernivtsi. Central Square, City Hall. Many tourists gathered near the Chernivtsi City Hall. Exactly at noon every day a trumpeter wearing a colorful Hutsul costume climbs up to the tower of the city hall, and on all of its four sides plays the famous song Marichka, which is the unofficial anthem of the region of Bukovyna.
