Ahoy, I'm Capt Rob Lee and welcome to Pirate Lifestyle TV! Arrr

In this video, I am going to share how life is like the weather,
sometimes unpredictable and always changing, 
and show you that no matter how bad it's storming one day, the next day can be absolutely beautiful.

Two days ago I was out here on the beach making a video in the middle of tropical storm Lee. The wind was blowing fierce, the sky was black, the waves were huge, and the rain was falling. 

Today, less than 48 hours later, it is beautiful. The breeze is light, the sky is bright blue, the water is calm, and it's not raining.

So what is the lesson of this analogy? Why is life like the weather?

We have no control over the weather and truthfully we have no control over life. Now don't misunderstand what I am saying. Life isn't about what happens to us. Life is how we adjust to what is going on around us so we can continue on. 

To quote Jimmy Dean, and this is one of my favorite quotes,

"I can't change the direction of the wind, but I can adjust my sails to always reach my destination."

The next time you are facing bad weather, when you have a storm in your life, adjust your sails, and when you wake up tomorrow it will be a beautiful sunny day. It's up to you.
