This puzzle is all about clipping items through walls and blocks. The hardest part to solve was figuring out how to get that top left P-Switch out. It lifts slightly when you clip the other P-Switch to release the bomb. You can then cape swipe it up when it's lifted. Also, thanks to ev_brak who helped me with some of the setups for this puzzle, and it made the hard time-sensitive parts of the puzzle much easier.
