DAYTON-- Drivers battle driving conditions after the snow storm hit Miami Valley.The side streets are in decent shape and the highway is slightly covered. On some of the side roads we did see patches of ice and some very slick slushy spots, which will make you slow down during your morning commute. Give yourself plenty of time. Roads are partially covered in snow. Plows and salt trucks have been out treating the roads.The RTA remains under a level one winter alert. Extra staff has been called in to assist to assist customers. Some delays can be expected.
