This song is called "Last Regrets" which is sung by Ayano. It is the opening song for the anime series Kanon 2006. The song was so long so excuse the few (or many) wrong notes that I hit towards the end. Seven pages of sheets should be on Josh's piano sheets website here underneath Kanon: http://josh.agarrado.net/music/anime/index.php?startswith=K
