A multi-national martial arts rock band embarks on a roundhouse-kicking, karate-chopping, crime-crushing crusade against a band of drug-smuggling biker ninjas on the mean streets of 1987 Miami, in this long-lost exploitation classic that returns after a quarter-century absence to blow minds all over again.

The year is 1987. As motorcycle-riding ninjas tighten their grip on Florida's narcotics trade, annihilating anyone who gets in their way, multi-national martial arts rock band Dragon Sound decide that they've had enough. In between chasing beach bunnies and performing their hit song "Against the Ninja," the Dragon Sound boys embark on a crusade of roundhouse-kicking, karate-chopping, crime-crushing justice on the streets of Orlando, determined to never stop until they've destroyed the every last one of the dealers, thugs, bikers, ninjas — and the entire Miami Connection! Written, produced by and starring kung-fu master/inspirational speaker Grandmaster Y.K. Kim, Miami Connection had a limited theatrical and VHS release in 1987 before resurfacing over two decades later at the Alamo Drafthouse theatre, where its relentless flurry of kill-crazy ninjas, rock 'n' roll, lawless bikers and brutal knife fights sent the audience into a frenzy. Now released in HD from elements sourced by the America Genre Film Archive (AGFA), this long-lost exploitation classic returns to blow minds all over again.
