This battle is Millenia's Hero battle. She's under siege by Setsuna's forces currently, so she decides to team up with you to stay alive. Help her defend her castle by completing the objectives and she'll activate traps that halt and damage the enemies. Once she's rescued you can also move to the enemy main camp and she'll bust open the gate to it, allowing you to defeat the commander and win the stage.
