You will be moved. Your Choice. Gentrification can be a good thing if you own in your local cities, up and coming neighborhoods. The problem is most people have bought into being a renter their whole life or selling grandma house for small amounts.  the gentrification problems in america come from lack of savings, lack of investments and lack of ownership. I hope the message is clear in a few years only the wealthy will live in inner cities. Most folks will work from home or remotely.
