Cheap Eats Manila: Isshin Japanese Restaurant Makati with EO Kenji.  Isshin is one of the oldest Japanese restaurants along Arnaiz Avenue in Makati opened in 1990.  This full service Japanese restaurant serves ramen, soba, udon, donburi, bento boxes, etc. until 4AM. During weekday lunch they have affordable lunch bento boxes for  PHP 210 served from 11AM - 2PM.
