M2TW Online Battle: Holy Roman Empire (HRE) vs England

Great battle - first time i try to use the Hand Gunners in a Pike and Shot formation, they don't do much actual damage but are devastating on morale. The Longbows really hurt my tight pike formations as well as my Reiters, but i brought my Arquebusiers to counter that! 

Is it worth bringing Longbows in all periods when gunpowder is available? Do Pike And Shot formations work? Judge for yourself guys.

Anyway, my army is composed of:

- 4 Arquebusiers
- 4 Dismounted Imperial Knights
- 2 Hand Gunners
- 4 Landsknecht Pikemen
- 3 Teutonic Knights
- 2 Reiters 
- 1 General Bodyguard unit 

Used FRAPS to capture it and Windows Live Movie Maker to edit it so it's nothing "fancy". My PC is also crappy so it affects the quality naturally.
