Health Workers call on Public to be Health Conscious during Festive Season

Health workers are appealing to the public to be health conscious during the festive season, as hospitals will not be fully functional during that time. Gerehu General Hospital Chief Executive Officer, Dr Steven Yennie, said even though some health centres will remain open, staffing will be an issue. The public is warned to be extra careful, especially when consuming food in public places and to avoid situations that could lead to accidents.
