Does any corporate entity own silence yet? Here I want to make a note about copyright and so on, since I have had a couple of emails from YouTube saying that some corporation or another owns the rights to music I have posted. Well, I own the rights to these images and I do not mind who uses them or downloads them for whatever purpose, this is a not for profit site and is free to anyone who wants to visit it. Of course it is nice to hear from people if they do feel an urge to "infringe" my intellectual ownership rights blah blah blah, but it doesn't really matter they can do it anyway. They're most welcome! I myself have been invited to make money from previous videos by YouTube and to "enable revenue sharing" as they put it, but I have always declined. The integrity of this site is not compromised by profit and so naturally I object when dubious 'owners' of doubtful rights behave like tinpot (hired) dictators. Free promotion is a grace not a favour, end of!
