As my mom become sick, I did not find the right time for workout because I use my free time for her, I believe every son who loves his mother would do that. All other things become not so important then for me.
The result was that my muscles become not good looking and losing power and become soft. The only surprise to me are still the size. The left arm have 36 cm also 14,173 inch and my favorite right arm 37 cm also 14,566 inch.
Right now my mom feel and doing much much better, but we have to look that she not lose one of her eyes, it real makes me sad to think about that.
Well then I get hurt at work on my left ankle and I can nothing do only be careful and relax and I could not use my holiday for workout to get in shape, im real pissed off!!!
So that video are still a life sign for me, im still alive for my fans and of course my haters.
