Bra Hugh fights cancer, cancels musical line ups

Legendary jazz musician Hugh Masekela has prostate cancer. He has been undergoing treatment for nearly a decade and underwent an operation last year. This, after doctors had discovered that the cancer had spread. Masekela also had an emergency eye operation last month after a tumour was discovered in his left eye. Bra Hugh as Masekela is affectionately known, has since cancelled his musical commitments for the immediate future. In a statement, Bra Hugh urged all men to have regular check-ups.
