Some friends and I road-tripped up through the Catskills to the idyllic town of Bovina. We camped, saw amazing fireworks, roasted marshmallows, swam in a pond, experienced the local mall, ate amazing food, and enjoyed the slow pace of country-living -- overall a pretty fantastic Fourth of July weekend!
