First Parsnip from the raised bed this year. It's big, this calls for an 'excavation'

Started indoors on a wet tissue then transplanted into a raised bed as a germinated seed, let's 'excavate' our first parsnip. When planting these Parsnips I used an old coffee table leg to dibber a hole that I filled with a fine home made compost. There are videos on my channel showing this. If I can get a sound root, with no forking, that's 9 inches + in length its 'job done'. This is a FREE subscription channel.
