President of the Senate Bukola Saraki said that the Senate might not screen nominees appointed by the president to fill vacant positions in NDDC in line with its resolution last March to suspend screening of nominees until the executive complies with its resolution to remove EFCC boss, Magu. Saraki, who was ruling on a point of order by Senator Mao Ohuabunwa who asked that some nominees of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) be screened, said that the Senate resolution was still in force. But that the secretariat should check to see if the nomination came before the senate took its position on confirmation.
