This week, the Obama Administration outlined specifics for a plan to ease restrictions between the U.S. and Cuba.  While not ending the 50 year embargo with the communist nation, these plans significantly loosen restrictions on American trade, travel and investment with Cuba. What will this mean for Cuban-Americans here in the U.S. and their families still on the island?
