The thirty-two-year-old was charged and arraigned on Thursday after he ran over five persons with a vehicle on Cemetery Street in Belmopan, two days earlier. A total of twenty-two charges were slapped on him for attempted murder, use of deadly means of harm, aggravated assault, grievous harm and wounding. Attorney Hurl Hamilton was able to secure bail with conditions today and Usher was released.
