This video gives practical tips on running a home fellowship. These include: praying to seek God’s direction; having a core vision so all attenders are on the same page; when best to meet and where; who is your target demographic; and the meeting format. All these should be thought through before starting with the flexibility that they will need adjustments as the group develops.

Know your purpose, Decide on your fellowships format, When do we meet? Where do you meet? Who is meeting? What are you going to do with the children? What do you do when you meet?

Fellowship activities include: Prayer (Community prayer, silent prayer or meditation on God), Praise, Worship, Music (Use of songbooks, live musicians, or recordings), Teachings (Live, audio, or video presentations), Scripture memorization, Bible study groups, Discussion & Sharings (Testimonials, the weeks victories or struggles), Community bonding (Meals, snacks, and time to just hang out), Casual fun, Outreach activities (Group evangelism), Children's fellowship, Receiving an offering for the fellowship
