Youtube is trying their best to become the new Facebook. Hover over a channel to see their "profile". People that get likes on their comments will be shown by default, making other people's comments fall back and go unnoticed. If you reply to a comment, you will receive notifications when other people comment. Do you honestly this system is better? How so? Google had it's thumb up it's corporate ass when doing this update "HURR DUR ONLY DA POPULAR PEOPLE ARE SEEN NOW LOL NO MORE TROLLZ". they didn't stop to think that this is a dream come true for spammers. Top comments stay on top, so all you have to do is make 30+ accounts to use to like up your comment, and post your spam or trojan virus links. yes, eventually people will dislike the comment enough for it to go away, but this makes it even easier to spam and troll. i refuse to link my channel to google plus because i refuse to ruin my channel image, so that means i can't comment to you if you reply, sorry. Plus, if youtube marks comments as spam on your video, you can't see them until you link with google plus. SOME COMMENTS YOU WON'T EVER SEE IF PEOPLE ABUSE THE SPAM BUTTON.
