Nice and easy descent on the Fire Roads above Contra Loma Reservoir. Then a quick lap around the lake. what a beautiful day. I had trained with a lot of Spin Classes at In Shape Antioch, with Paullette and Michelle. Those classes have helped me in my climbing abilities. - not shown is me pushing my bike up the hill, as that is the boring part. Coming Down is so much better!
