Hello! My name is Mikael. I homeschool my 10 year old daughter, my 8 year old twin boys, and our 4 year old boy tags along. BIGGEST question I get from concerned friends or family members "How do your kids get social interaction?"... I had the same concern before I started homeschooling, but I have found that there are unlimited opportunities in the homeschool world, which was an eye opener for me! I am a super social person and love interacting with all kinds of people with all different backgrounds and I want my kids to be prepared to go out into the world and be able to interact with anybody and everybody while representing Christ :) We have found a good balance with our talents and social activities while keeping our focus at home and in our family and learning correct principals (which was why we brought the kids home in the first place!) We are involved in: Soccer, Piano, Theater, Baseball, Scouts, swimming & diving, Girl church groups, Sunday School, and tons of playdates!
