I have joined the December Sweets Free Challenge by Jimmy Moore.  I am doing it mainly to address my Diet Coke with Splenda habit, so for the month of December, I am stopping all the Splenda or artificial sweetener intake.  Fruits like strawberries are fine, but not if they are sweetened.
