D. in theoretical physics from the University of Washington and has over 40 years experience in applied electromagnetics and antenna research. He has authored numerous papers in net-work analysis, phased array antennas, lightning effects and platform effects on airborne GPS systems. He also has 9 patents and 6 Boeing invention disclosures that are in the patent application process.
